We are looking for a partner to lead investment attraction and partnership contract negotiations in the Fintech & Banking sector. We invite a team member who finds networking to be the most enjoyable and exciting part of their life!

In what areas will you be working?
Strategic Development:
- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Lead strategic partnerships and business relationships to bolster market position.
Leadership and Management:
- Provide leadership and vision for the business development team (2 people).
- Collaborate with other C-level executives and co-founders to set company policies and direction.
- Drive a culture of innovation and growth within the organization.
Revenue Generation and Fundraising:
- Oversee revenue generation strategies for the company.
- Implement effective sales marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Spearhead fundraising efforts, including identifying potential investors, pitching, and securing funding to support business initiatives growth.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
Networking Relationships:
- Leverage existing network relationships for business opportunities and fundraising efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences networking meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders investors potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, and fundraising, particularly in a leadership role.
- Experience in startups or dynamic growth environments is highly valued.
- Strategic planning, market analysis, leadership, and communication skills are crucial.
- Financial acumen and a good understanding of business operations are also important.
- Result-oriented, self-driven, and ambitious individual.
- Who likes to attend conferences, and is ready for frequent business trips and irregular schedule.
- Experience and ability to negotiate with clients in English.
