Our agency is partnering with a fast-growing, early-stage fintech startup looking for a part-time Affiliate Manager to build and scale their affiliate marketing strategy, drive high-quality partnerships, and maximize performance.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Recruit & Grow Affiliate Partnerships:

- Identify, attract, and onboard new affiliates that align with the startup’s growth strategy.

- Develop creative and engaging promotional strategies to drive partner acquisition.

🔹 Manage & Nurture Relationships:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure long-term success.

- Negotiate contracts and commission structures that drive performance and ROI.

🔹 Optimize & Analyze Performance:

- Track and analyze affiliate performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

🔹 Ensure Compliance & Brand Consistency:

- Monitor affiliate content to align with brand guidelines and industry regulations.

- Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

🔹 Drive Strategic Growth:

- Design and execute marketing campaigns to expand the startup’s affiliate network.

- Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.

🔹 Provide Support & Training:

- Offer resources and guidance to affiliates to improve their marketing effectiveness.

- Troubleshoot platform and campaign-related issues.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in Affiliate Marketing with fintech companies or banks for more than 3 years.

- Strong understanding of online marketing, digital advertising, and performance-based partnerships.

- Familiarity with compliance and legal regulations in digital marketing.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

- Adaptable to the ever-evolving fintech and digital marketing landscape.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Experience and ability to negotiate in English.
